Travel Information:
For your travel convenience to our conference, we suggest flying into either Midway Airport or O'Hare Airport, both of which offer easy access to downtown Chicago. To ensure you don't miss any of the event, we recommend arriving in the morning of the 25th, ideally before 1 PM. This will give you ample time to reach the venue and settle in before our program begins. For departure, we recommend scheduling flights for the evening of the 27th, anytime after 6 PM, allowing you to participate in all conference activities until the end. Once you arrive at the venue, transportation to and from the hotel is convenient, either by walking or taking the train. To reach the venue from the airport, we suggest using ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft for efficiency, and we encourage you to connect with fellow guests to share rides and enhance your networking experience.
