What starts as a program about injustice develops into a full-on coaching program where you’ll identify your unique passion.
After walking through this unique experience alongside your own personal leadership coach, you’ll be sent out with clear strategy, compelling vision, and real action steps for how you were uniquely born to change the world.
Practical Training & Strategy Development
Once you have identified your unique passion, you can choose one of our Five Tracks to be trained on your passion.
Then, you will create a comprehensive strategy with deep soul level work and measurable goals to see your dream of changing the world actually become a reality.

Specialize with a passion track
Turn your passion into an action plan for real world-change with a specialized track. Choose from the activist, visionary, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and evangelist tracks to get the training you need to make movement.

Walk With A Community
Mentorship and partnership is the way to real growth and change. You’ll participate in Monthly Community Cohort Calls with your entire cohort and a high-quality leadership coach to walk with you throughout the entire process.

Build Your Strategy
You will receive a World Change Strategy Book that directly aligns with the Track you choose. Our team poured their talents and visions into making sure these workbooks are beautiful spaces for you to build a strategy for the important dreams and visions you have within you.
Connection & Opportunity
Once you complete the Launch Your Passion Program, you will be welcomed into our online community: The Coalition. This is where you will connect with other young leaders from around the world who are linking arms to build a better world.
